Suggest Treatment For Painful Neck On One Side And Restrictive Movement

I think I have whiplash although I have nt been in a car accident. Can I still fly? I am due to fly on Sat long haul. My neck is very painful on one side and movement is very restrictive. I have NHL had any sleep at all. Lying down is excruciating painful & I cannot get comfortable. I have had whiplash before, after a car accident but it was nt as bad as this & I have no idea how it has happened?

hello,it might be whipsplash again.take some analgesics.if not subsiding lets do performMRI.to ruleout..it.
