General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to external haemorrhoids. I recommend using anti haemorrhoids cream such as Preparation H. I also recommend to soak in warm water for relief. I suggest avoiding constipation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
