Suggest Treatment For Painful Spots Around Vagina

Hello, I have noticed a few small spots around my vagina near the top, but mostly around the period hole and my inner thighs. There is also the same spots near my bumhole. I have only felt these spots an not seen them. They feel soft an small like a little spot. However these spots are very painful an causing much discomfort. I keep getting burning sensations in the areas where the spots are. I been to the doctor who provided some thrush cream but that has not helped a great deal

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. From your symptoms mentioned i suspect a genital herpes. You should better show a gynecologist or dermatologist to rule out that.Usually it comes as small blister rashes which can be painful and associated with burning sensation. For such case i advise acyclovir ointment for local application and famcyclovir tablets for oral intake. You can apply ice water and saline to relieve pain.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
