Suggest Treatment For Painful Swollen Index Finger

Hi, I woke up with the bottom 1/3 of my index finger of my left hand showing swelling and pain. A few weeks ago it was my middle finger in my left hand. The swelling and pain lasts for a few days then goes away. Also,, there is some redness where the finger meets my palm and into my palm a bit from the finger. Any ideas?

Hi,
Symptoms mentioned needs proper examination with investigation including serum uric acid, RA Factor, CCP, xray hand ,...etc. and then treated accordingly to the diagnosis (probably gout).
So visit a orthopaedic clinic for further management .

Thanks n regards
