Suggest Treatment For Painful Swollen Penis With White Discharge

I have what looks like to be a bug bite meaty part of the frenulum on my penis. It is a little swollen and hurts a little and I see what may be small white pus. Do I need to see a doctor or will it go away with time. As an additional note, I am 45 yrs, I don t sleep around, so I am sure something must have bitten me.

Hi, it seems to be an infective boil possibly due to a bug bite. It would be better to get it checked up and take a course of antibiotics. Apply warm compresses to decrease the pain and swelling. I also usually suggest anti inflammatory medicines like Paracetamol or Diclofenac for 3 to 5 days.
