Suggest Treatment For Pain,tingling And Numbness In Hand

I broke my middle finger on my right hand almost seven years ago. I was skating and i fell my fingers went back and my hand went back on top of them. The doctor that worked on my hand, the way he did my cast i would fall asleep and wake up without my cast on, the cast was changed three or four times with the same results. Ever sence then i have had problems with my hand. My hand throbs nearly all the time. The finger next to the one i broke twitches all the time. I have noticed that my knuckle is slightly shifted downward. Two of my knuckles hurt constantly. Last night my hand was hurting so bad i couldnt sleep, i couldnt get my hand in a comfortable position. Sometimes parts of my hand tingle or feel numb. I have told my family doctor all this, and he said it was tendonitis, yet he told my dad that if my finger didnt grow back like it should have then they would have to rebreak it. But i truly truly do not think its tendonitis because i have tendonitis in my right knee and my hand hurts three to four times worse than my knee. I know there is something else wrong, not tendonitis. I just dont know who else to turn to, i just dont trust my family doctor, im on KY state medical card and thats who i have to see. I really dont know what to do, sometimes my hand hurts so bad i wanna cry. I really hope i can get some answers.
