Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Recovery after hemiparesis or paralysis can be variable. Since nerves have limited capacity to regenerate, 100% recovery cannot be assured. Physiotherapy can help to recover and improve strength.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
