Your grandmother may be suffering from a delusional disorder or dementia. "Someone is stealing my things" is a common delusion in dementia.
You should not give her sleeping pills as they may worsen her dementia. They also increase the risk of fall.
You should take her to a psychiatrist who will be able to evaluate her and give proper treatment.
Hope this answers your question.
