Suggest Treatment For Parasites In Brain

Dear Sir,
I am 28 year old woman from a remote place in India. I was going through a rough time in my health and just recently through proper medical channel I am told that their are parasites living in my Head areas. I was having health complications since 3-4 years and now this was because of this parasites I was having health complications beyond imagination. Please advice me a proper channel so that I can undertake a medical treatment as it seems its already becoming chronic. I wanted to go for a less medical treatment as I am unemployed and completed dependable on my parents. Please advice me.
