Hi
Greetings

Dear Mr/Ms

Renal pelvic size more than 20 mm , surgery should be considered.
Its also important to consider the split renal function.
As the split renal function is still good, surgery can be witheld for time being.
I would suggest USg every 3 months and renal scan every 6 months. Any detrioration of the function or increase in size will be indication to stop conservative management and proceed with Pyeloplasty.

Take Care
