Suggest Treatment For Penis Problems In A Child

My 9 year old son just came to me with a complaint about his penis. We went into the bathroom and he showed me what looked like a black worm coming out of the shaft of his penis. It had a very dark head and a lighter black/almost gray body, about 1/8 in length upon removal. He said it didn t hurt, but stung upon removal. He then said that this is the second time this happened, the first time happening back in the fall. He removed it himself apparently, over the course of a few weeks with his fingernails. I am very concerned, as I cannot find anything about this on the Internet.

Hi,

This might be secretions/dirt stuck inside skin gland openings, which can be expressed out by pressing. Usually this will have a darker tip and oily, lighter body and with a bad smell.
