Suggest Treatment For Peptic Ulcer

Sir, My grandfather is 65 years old who recently suffering from peptic ulcer with white stomac pain.When we went fot medical check up,Doctor asked to perform blood test fot ESR.ESR reading was 20mm/hrs,sgot 72,lymphocyte also low and all other readings are within normal range only.Please tell me about medicine

Thank you for the query.

If he has peptic ulcer like pain, gastroscopy needs to be done at first. It is necessary to rule out stomach cancer, check for H.Pylori infection. Only after this test he can get proper treatment. In case of H.Pylori infection antibiotics are necessary along with stomach acid blocking medicines.
Please consult gastrologist with this issue.
