Suggest Treatment For Persistent Chronic Nausea And Vomiting

My son of44yrs old has chronic nausea and vomiting about every day he stays so sick he can't keep a job when he gets one he looses it because of sick he's had this for years it's gotten worse he has no money no job he has deteriating knees and tendinitis awfulinhis left arm can't stand short while he will just fall back problems other problems finally health department got him a endoscopy dr only said he had duninitis misspelled that was all that was said or done left it at that he has sighted upfront social security for 2years they say he can stand he's to sick can't hold a job tried for long time how can anyone say he doesn't have a disability without noting the cause for this has been told he has pancreatitis

I really appreciate your concern for your son but this is nothing to worry this will go away soon if I would be his doctor then I would treat him with the following treatment,
1) Tab Chlorpromazine 10 mg three times in day
2) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for four week
I hope these treatment would help him, have nice day.
