Suggest Treatment For Persistent Constipation

I have a problem with my stool, I have faced constipation in phases, since the past month I have noticed very strange stool, Sometimes I see white spots in the stool, and also see some blood like stuff on the stool(very little) but it is dark red!
I dont know what to do, so I thought maybe this is because of constipation, I have been eating right( a high fiber diet) and am also having some laxatives. But the stool seems very strange and it is scaring me! Please tell me what I should do!

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation. I recommend doing a stool test to confirm the origin of the white spots in the stool. Meanwhile, I recommend using stool softeners to relieve constipation.
