Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough And Cold

goodevening doctor, my daughter is eight years old she is having cough , cold,fever for the the past ten days we went to a paediatrician he gave ascoril,calpol500,alexp cough syrup at first but there was no improvement at all then again we took her to the hospital he gave augmentin & salmucoloite for her then the cough became severe so he suggested nebulizer for her and also changed the medicines to respira - syrup ,romilast,clavam - 375mg then the fever became very high so he asked us to take a bloodtest(TC,DC,RBC)urine complete culture, allergy test we took everything. still cough continues we dont know what to do? she took 8 days leave for school half yearly exam starts day after tomorrow pls tell us what to do? she opens her mouth widely and sound coming from her nostrills when she is sleeping this is happening from her childhood.what is this? some suggests me to consult a ENT specialist pls advise me yours truly a worried parent
