Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea

For the past 2 weeks I ve started having bowel movements only every other day, normally its every day, and they are very soft and feel like diarrhea. There s discomfort in my lower belly area only when I m going. Otherwise, I m pretty gassy and its very foul smelling.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the diet could be the cause for the changes took place in bowel habit but it does not indicates any disease but try to have more fiber containing diet, drink more water, pain could be due to colic it may be due to flatus formation, condition may be associated with dyspepsia, try to avoid the greasy food, oil food, keep the regular habit of defecation even in absence of need of this, still be inside and sit there for a while no matter if do not pass the stool hope this information helps.
