Hello,

I need to know which tests have been done to give more comment on your condition. Stool routine micro examination, occult blood test, and stool culture should be done.

If all that normal, then check thyroid status by serum TSH estimation. If HIV risk is there, then rule out it by HIV combo test. Consult gastroenterologist for examination and if needed colonoscopy can be planned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
