Hello welcome to the health care magic

You are having increased stool frequency esp. After taking meal....

Points to be noted that no fever, pain, mucus or blood in stool present

Hence it is most likely related to function bowel problem

By taking careful history here irritable bowel syndrome should be ruled out

You should include more fiber foods in diet

Avoid excess spicy foods and fatty meals

Here stress or anxiety issue will mostly be related and for that yoga, meditation beneficial

If needed for stress psychiatrist help can be taken

Hope your concern solved

If no improvement then stool examination, USG etc like further work up planned
