Suggest Treatment For Persistent Nausea

I have been having random feeling of nausea come for no apparent reason. This started last Thursday and ended by the evening. I did not have this feeling again until this past Tuesday at 10 am and lasted throughout the day and was gone by the evening. Yesterday it happened for a bit in the evening but was gone in an hour. I am not pregnant, yesterday was the last day of my period. I thought it might be dairy, but I did not have any dairy yesterday.

Dear-thanks for using our system. Nausea is a non-specific symptom that can come from different possibilities. It can be a viral infection or gastroesophageal reflux. It is caused by gas too, specially if accompanied by bloating and increased the abdominal girdle. Menstrual period can produce nausea too for which is a possibility in your case. This is because the changes in hormones levels. If you haven't had dairy, then that is not a possibility.
I will advise to have a healthy diet and avoid caffeine and carbonated drinks.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
