Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain In The Pelvic Area

Hi I have really bad pains in my left side in pelvis area , had a scan done n had cyst , when they operated the cyst had gone . Since then am still having pain so ref bck to the hosp , over the past few days the pain esculates up n down but never fully going away , also my lower back is aching n jst dont feel right in myslef

I can understand your concern.
Since your pain reappeared after the cyst removal, we should definitely rule out recurrence of cyst in your case.
Pelvic cysts are commonly seen with recurrence.
So better to get done repeat ultrasound examination of lower abdomen to rule out recurrence of cyst.
If cyst is there then you will need repeat surgical removal of cyst.
If ultrasound examination is normal then we have to search for other cause like Urinary tract infection, intestinal infection etc.
