Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain In The Right Side Of The Stomach

hi, i bought a coconut and drank the juice which was horrible which i then spit out but ingested some of it, i then opened the coconut and it was black inside, 45 minutes later i got pains in my right side of stomach, this was 7 years ago and i have pains still in my stomach, i have had my gall bladder removed which did not help, the pain has gradually gotten worse , i am 63 years old and 5 foot nine height 175 pounds weight, hope you can help. tony
