Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vomiting And Diarrhea

Last night at around 10:30 I started puking. I puked about 8 times/hr. Than I started puking this really gross yellow liquid. Since 10:30 last night-6:49am I'm still puking. Than I had diarreah and the yellow liquid started coming from there. Is this normal ?!
