Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vomiting

Hi i always vommit but i cant poop but i pee.. I ve been vommiting since morning until now.. My stomach hurts and my head hurts too. Im scared.. I throw up all i ate and there comes a time im throwing up yellow acid thats bitter.. What should i do? Should i go to the hospital?

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of constant vomiting of food, then yellow bitter fluid but no motion. There is pain in abdomen and head ache too.
Obviously when the vomiting is not controlled you have to go to the ER or hospital. First of all to have clinical evaluation, to know whether there is
dehydration and electrolyte imbalance and to replace the lost fluids and electrolytes to keep the body hydrated.
Also to send all the relevant blood tests.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
To get injections for the control of vomiting and get further treatment as per the cause of vomiting.
