Suggest Treatment For Pigmentation Problem On Ankle
Hi, I m a 22 year old female optom, PMH of ecezma, I am of asian decent and therefore tend to scar, recentlly I have discovered on my ankle pigment alterations, they look like bruising.. But do not hurt, nor can I think of any trauma, many have suggested this could have occured due to over exposure to heat from the open fire? What treatments can help even out this pigmentation? Thank you

Hi,
I have gone through your complaints and it could be stasis eczema.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like topical steroid like Mometasone cream on the affected areas and take tablet vitamin C.
