Suggest Treatment For Piles And Stomach Gas
i am suffering from like piles without blood and the stomach is full of air so much that i am not felling comfortable when wearing pant alongwith right side iower part of abdomen sweet pain but in ultrasound the liver is o.k. i am taking from last one year CIPLLAR LA 40 .

I really appreciate your concern, if this the confirmed condition of hemorrhoids then it has to be cured with surgery and it is the best option you have else it can be managed with conservative line of treatment but it is not the permanent cure for this no need to take antibiotic if no infection is there hope this information helps.
