Hi I m suffering with a single pile in my anus.. peanut size.. it comes back after 5-10mins even after I push it inside .. using pilex tablets... it is very difficult to even walk n do my daily routine.. 30 yrs. F.. one child of 4 yrs.. family history of.piles yes... dad had piles..

I would suggest you consult your doctor to getna rectal examination to confirm that it is piles and not a polypIn case it is an internal hemorrhoid the you might need piled banding or surgery.
