According to mention history you are having piles that is hemorrhoid problem. For that if medical management fails then Surgical Management adopted. Medical management include giving the stool soft and that is the cremaffin like syrup and it is stool softener. Avoid excess spicy foods and prolonged sitting while going for toilet. For inflammation relief non steroid anti inflammatory drug can be prescribed. Avoid straining while passing stool. Anal sitz bath in warm water can be done. Injection of sclerosant or other suitable management done If medical treatment is not effective. Consult surgeon for examination.
