hello dr, im 28female having piles .. but now im in abroad ,, i check to dr also they said tat you have strating stage .. but im having pain while toilet sometimes blood also coming is any solution to control tat pain .. please help .. here dr are male they i feel shy to goto them

I understand your concern. Some advice that I can give to you are:-Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing Hydrocortisone,-use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent. Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath.
