Suggest Treatment For Piles

Hellow,
I have been suffering from piles for the last 4 months.now my stools are quite ok but I am getting too much pain inside ahile walking sittingand even slipping. I have taken very high doge of antibioticks and other so many medicines and some petrolium jelly asol. but I AM STILL GETTING AS IT IS CONDITION.ONLY BLEEDING IS STOP.
WHAT CAN I DO FOR PILES? PLEASE SUGGEST ME. MOREOVER I AM A HEART PATIENT AND ORTHOPEDICALLY HANDICAPE.

* 1st and early part of 2nd stage respond well with conservative treatment
rest cases need surgery .

* Suggestions for better outcome

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Soft , light diet to get smooth bowel evacuations , avoid oily , spicy .
- Laxative in case of constipation or more hard stools .
- Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 10 min. each for 3
times a day and additionally after passing stools )

- Anaglesic or anti inflammatory drugs help better .
- Regular walking , exercises with ambulatory till possible .
- No smoking or alcohol .
