Suggest Treatment For Piles

Hello, I am Rama Prasad Som. I am having piles and suffering from it since last two years... So many medications I had taken for that but all were gone in vein . Recently the bleeding is mounting much more than that of earlier days... Some doctors advised me to go for an operation.... What to do ????

Dear if your blood loss heavy, and symptoms not giving relief with optimum medications, if grade of Haemorrhoid stage 3-4, it is better to go for surgery. Why because you tried all medical and diet therapy. Many surgeries available now example band ligation, Stapling, laser photo coagulation etc... Please consult your surgeon he will decide correct method of treatment for you.
