Here few common post operative problems of stapler Haemorrhoid ectomy
Immediate complications (first week) were:
severe pain, bleeding ,
thrombosis,
urinary retention, anastomotic dehiscence, and rarely fissure, perineal intramural hematoma, and submucosal abscess.
The most common complication after 1 week:recurrence of hemorrhoids, severe pain, stenosis,
rarely fissure, bleeding, skin tag, thrombosis, papillary hypertrophy, fecal urency, staples problems, gas flatus and
fecal incontinence , intramural abscess, partial dehiscence, mucosal septum and
intussusception.
No problem noted with erection and manstrubation.
