Suggest Treatment For Pilonidal Sinus

i m facing pilonidal cyst last 4 years , i take homeopathy medicine last one year but not cure now also continue slilicea6x and calcarea flour 6x i went toilet after pus is big size, but not drain , some times drain holes closed, if i press the pus place, pus drain in anal hole, i checked anal hole in finger, i feel anal hole side small hole is there, after pus is big size, drain in cyst place and continue , daily pus form and come out please suggest good medicine i am waiting for your kind reply Thanking u Regards Kmish

Thanks for your query.
Noted the problem of pilonidal cyst for 4 years, took homeopathy for one year but no cure, you are feeling a hole in anal canal also.
I would advise you in such a situation the following:
Get an opinion of a General Surgeon.
He on per-rectal examination can tell whether this is a pilonidal cyst/sinus or a fistula in ano.
Accordingly a sinogram or fistulogram and to go for further tests.
Surgery is the only way of cure and hence think of nothing else, get an appointment and get operated at an appropriate time.
