General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Pin worms trouble only at the night.
Your history of itching, jelly like substance coming out of anus and then itching is indicating that you have Procto-colitis, which in turn give the manifestations that you have.
The treatment is as follows:
-First of all get a consultation of a Surgeon for clinical evaluation and per-rectal digital and proctoscopy examination and biopsy if needed.
- Get the tests of stool for 3 consecutive day, tests of the blood and urine too.
- A course of an antibiotic and metronidazole,
- Probiotic,
- Proper hygiene
- Also take Albendazole for supposed worm infestation
