Suggest Treatment For Polypoidal Mucosal Thickening

I just visited doctor and he advise for immediate operation by seeing plian CT scan

In CT scan the impression is polypoidal mucosal thickeningis seen within the maxillary and sphenoid sinuses with a poly/mucous retention cyst in the left maxillary sinus. In right ear some is also seen

should we go for operation or take second openion.

if CT shows that u have polyps in maxillary and sphenoid , u can try intranasal steroids.
they r safe .
they have very less side effects on long term usage.
if they can't relieve ur symptoms , next option is surgery .
for retention cyst , no other option than surgery.but its size matters
