Suggest Treatment For Posterior Disc Bulging At L4/5 And L5/S1
i have broad- based prosterior disc bulging at L4/5 and L5/S1 level with no compressions of nerve roots or caudia equina. an incidental 2cm wide tarlov cyst to the left of the midline within the central canal at S1 level identified suffer from degeneration of disc and also suffer from bad depression and bad nerves what benifits would i get for this and what can i do to fix my problems that seem to be getting worse
Disc bulge and degeneration if causing pain or numbness require physiotherapy sessions and sometimes surgery. Initial sessions with physiotherapy help many patients without the need for surgery.
