well i have small penis size and i discharge too early....my age is 23 only....tell me how can i increase my stemina and penis size....what should i use....that thing should not have side effect....n should be ayurvedic....bcoz u can understand my age is only 23

i have understood your concerns..

sex has nothing to do with penis size..the lower part of vagina that is sensitive to touch is less than 2 inches, so if the penis size is more than 2 inches after erection then it is sufficient..do not compare yours with those porn stars in the movies..

you are unmarried and must be masturbating so the technique of masturbation causes early ejaculation, you do not have any problem..masturbation and actual sexual encounter are completely different.. reduce the frequency of masturbation to 2 times in a week..

early ejaculation is considered a problem when you face it after having regular sex..until that you shud not take any medication and do not believe myths about penis size, masturbation and sexual problems..

after having regular sex, if you face similar problem then you shud consult a psychiatrist and undergo sexual counselling..there treatment options available for premature ejaculation..behavioral techniques and drugs also..

ayurvedic medicines are not effective, so you shud not waste money on that..all are fake drugs and fake promotions..
