hi im 30 yrs old n i have 3 kids with normal delivery n nw my scan reports shows tat i have bulky uterus n a dr said tat uterus s getting down . can u tell me wat to do nw n hw to get rid of tis problem n can uterus will go back to its normal position pls rply

Hi,

Prolapse uterus is happen due to loosening of uterine ligaments. Prolapse is divided in to 3 degrees 1, 2 and 3. 2nd and 3rd degree prolapse is needed surgery only.

For 1 st degree prolapse other alternative treatments are present, like ring pessary. Visit your doctor discuss in detail.

Hello,

You should get a further evaluation from a gynaecologist to see the grade of hyperostosis.

Doing Kegels exercises can help you tone the pelvic floor and help improve the bulking uterus.

Also, using pessaries and estrogen creams can help cope with hyperostosis.
