sir goodmorning. i am mr gopalakrishnan aged 60 yrs and suffereing from prostate enlargement.undergoing treatnent in tirunelveli for the last one year taking the tablets 0f naftopidil 75 mg in the morning and flotral D at night.i dont want to continue the medicine,so shall i undergo surgery.please inform me which method of surgery is the best and in which hospital.thank you.my height is 168cm and weight is 61kilos.
