Dear Sir, Recently the test on video x ray has shown my prostate enlargement of Grade I, there is no any residual urine while voiding , i have slight irritation inside, occasional uneasiness while urination. what can i do for this condition. ---PRAMOD DHUNGANA, KATHMANDU

Hello.You probably suffering from a pathology called Benign Prostate Hypertrophy, very common in the male from the age of 50.The drugs most commonly used to treat the pathology are called alpha blockers such as Tamsulosin, Terazosin or Prazosin.Please consult your doctor for prescription.
