Suggest Treatment For Psoriatic Arthritis

My rheumatologist increased my prednisone by 5mg a day for a total of 15 mg per day because of an acute attack of psoriatic arthritis I find my hands are really shaky and my legs are shaky and weak. Is this a side effect. And how serious is it if it is.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

I have studied your case.
As per your symptoms it looks as side effect of prednisone therapy.
This effect may reduce on reducing prednisolone.
If you improve your immunity by healthy and fresh diet with high natural anti-oxidant then recovery is possible.
I will advise you to take neurotropics like methylcobalamine for improving your skin.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
