Suggest Treatment For Psoriatic Arthritis

i have been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis - i have never had any skin psoriasis - my finger joints - 4 of them are swelled with fingernails coming up from the nail bed. recently i have noticed flaky red patches on my cheeks on both sides of my nose - could this be psoriasis - i ask because i have not seen any mention of it on the face.
