Suggest Treatment For Pulled Back Muscle

yes, i hurt my back last thursday trying to lift a mattress by myself, it felt like a spring pop in my back andi was taken to the hospital,i couldnt even walk by myself. they told me i pulled a muscle but the did no xrays or nothing. now its been 6 days and im still in excruciating pain and havent had a bowel movement for 6 days!

Dear Sir/Mam,
The symptoms you are complaining about can happen due to either an acute muscle spasm or a disc prolapse. I hope a thorough neurological examination was done before they discharged you. If naot then i would suggest to meet a neurologist who would be able to help you. I suggest you also get a mri of the lumbar spine done . Not having bowel movements can also happen due to prolonged immobilisation. Hope this has helped you.
