Suggest Treatment For Pulling Sensation In Abdomen And Bleeding From Umbilicus

ive felt a pulling from my belly botton to what feels like my bladder, and then the other day when i was working out there was blood coming from my navel. also there is something very sharp in there and when i touch it, it feels as though it is attached to something inside my stomach.

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
The bleeding from umbilicus, feeling of stretching from within the abdomen and feeling something being attached indicates that you may have patent urachus or a cyst or vitellointesinal duct still present along with umbilical granuloma or a sinus being formed due to infection in the remnant.
Umbilicus carries the umbilical cord with its artery and veins attached to the placenta in the uterus in uterus before birth. After birth this is ties and becomes obliterated as well as represented as a cord.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a General surgeon for clinical examination, CT scan or high resolution ultrasound to get the exact diagnosis which sometimes needs exploratory surgery and definitive treatment as may be needed on spot on table.
