Suggest Treatment For Pulsing In Ears Due To Wax Removal

I have psoriasis in my ears, and thus get skin that combines with wax. I tried to re3move wax at home, but after the process, I got a pulsing or drumming in my ear when I would lay down. I have had ringing in my ears for over 20 years, and this is different. I again did the wax removal, and then my ears started pulsing throuout the day. The pulsing took a day or two off, but it is back again.
