Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Blister At The Site Of Ileostomy

I m six weeks out of surgery (I had a sub total colectomy and end ileostomy) and I have just noticed a spot at the top of my scar and one in the middle of scar. The one in the middle popped this morning and it looked more like an infection like puss instead of spot like. The side where my stoma is looks a little swollen and I have be getting pains lately towards the bottom of my scare. I m just concerned about all this can you help me ?
