Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Swelling On A Knee

Hi doc my son is five yrs old he has got a small bean size swelling on the knee when the skin is broken it has puss
with blood, inside it is bright red like he was burnt. it is the third time he has had it and on different knees it sufaces after about 4-6weeks

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. It unusual to have an ulcer going on like this for week together. I put forth these possibilities -
1. It could be of tuberculous origin if the edges are undermined or
2. A virulent organism which is under treated or
3. A local collection of pus which is surfacing time and again
4. It could be immunodeficiency
