Hi, my son is 6 yrs old... he suffered from chest pain and spasm.... his chest x-ray said exaggerated bilateral hilar bronchovascular or markings...otherwise clear both lung fields...average cardio thoracic ratio.... right sided azygous lobe and fissure noted

As per the X ray report exaggerated bilateral hilar bronchovascular marking is mostly seen in normal children.
Some time infection will cause this situation.
Correlation of Symptoms with the X ray report will give the proper idea to fix the problem.
