Your findings indicate nerve involvement and it may be due to cervical spine problem.
You may need clinical examination and MRI of cervical spine.
It is important to evaluate nerve root compression,inter vertebral disc prolapse etc.
You may also need blood investigation to confirm arthritis.Investigations may include routine hemogram,RA factor,HsCRP,anti CCP estimation,serum calcium,vitamin D level etc.
Treatment depend upon findings.
