Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of raised itchy rashes on left arm which is due to frictional heat generation and blockage of sebaceous glands leading to folliculitis .

I would suggest you to:
- Avoid use of any cosmetic product
- Apply aloe vera gel and keep this area clean and dry
- Apply topical corticosteroid over affected sites mildly potent
- Avoid touching or pricking rashes.
If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor will examine physically along with blood test and sample for lab test and prescribe medications accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
