Suggest Treatment For Random Black Spots After Vaccination

my 6 month old son had his 6 month vaccinations on Tuesday (2 shots - 1 in each leg) and this morning I noticed that he has developed a small mole like dot on his knee except it is purple-ish. Should I be concerned? is this just a random mole? He is only 6 months old

Hi...this is 100% not related to vaccination and you can be rest assured. This seems to be a random mole. If his activity is fine and he is his usual self, please do not worry.
